For sale is this 2009 Land Rover Defender SVX Ragtop. Built to celebrate Land Rovers 60th anniversary in 2008, this car is SVX number 233. It is one of only 300 SVX models produced for the UK market which was believed to include 140 Ragtops & 160 Station Wagons.
Having covered only 34000 miles, it is a fine example of what is becoming a highly collectable car. Bought by it's current owner in November 2015, the car has been stored in a dry garage, only coming out on warm, dry days to be enjoyed. Subsequently the car does not bare the usual issues of corrosion, normally associated with a Defender, with the chassis & bodywork in excellent condition.
It bares all the hallmarks of the SVX models with a couple of subtle changes, notably the grille & headlight surrounds being painted black instead of silver & the addition of variable damper control with a Bilstein damper kit.
The car is supplied with a full, detailed service history, having been recently serviced in March 2021 also passing an MOT at the same time, recording no advisories. It is supplied with all it manuals as well as the SVX brochure that was produced for the model launch.
The registration number 721 SVX is available for sale but is not included in the price of the vehicle.
The vehicle is being sold on behalf of one of our customers. Retro Automotive Ltd is acting as a broker in the sale of the vehicle.
